FeCrCo alloy can be made into wires, rods, pipes, belts and forged materials through machining, and can be made into permanent magnets of various shapes by mechanical processing such as turning, milling, planing, drilling and stamping, especially for small , Long and thin components show unique characteristics. The thinnest strip can reach 0.05mm, the thinnest wire can be processed to 0.1mm.

  Ferrite permanent magnet material (Ferrite)

  1. Neodymium iron boron magnet It is currently found to have the highest commercial performance magnet, known as the magnetic king, has extremely high magnetic properties and its maximum magnetic energy product (BHmax) is higher than ferrite (Ferrite) more than 10 times. Its mechanical processing performance is also quite good. The working temperature can be up to 200 degrees Celsius. And its texture is hard, its performance is stable, and it has a good price-performance ratio, so it is extremely widely used. But because of its strong chemical activity, it must be coated on its surface. (Such as Zn, Ni plating, electrophoresis, passivation, etc.).

  2. Ferrite magnet The main raw materials include BaFe12O19 and SrFe12O19. Manufactured by ceramic technology, the texture is relatively hard and it is a brittle material. Due to its good temperature resistance, low price and moderate performance, ferrite magnets have become the most widely used permanent magnets.

  3. Aluminum-nickel-cobalt magnet  is an alloy composed of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, iron and other trace metal elements. The casting process can be processed into different sizes and shapes, and the machinability is very good. The cast AlNiCo permanent magnet has the lowest reversible temperature coefficient, and the working temperature can be as high as 600 degrees Celsius. Alnico permanent magnet products are widely used in various instruments and other application fields.

  4. SmCo (SmCo)  According to the different components, it is divided into SmCo5 and Sm2Co17. Because of its expensive materials, its development is restricted. SmCo as a rare earth permanent magnet not only has a high magnetic energy product (14-28MGOe), reliable coercive force and good temperature characteristics. Compared with NdFeB magnets, SmCo magnets are more suitable for working in high temperature environments.
