Rubber Magnet
Rubber Magnet is made of ferrite magnet powder and synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE,NBR etc.) by Calendering process. Flexible magnetic sheet can be bent, twisted, coiled, punched, and machined into almost any shape without loss of magnetic energy. Rubber Magnet can be divided into rubber ferrite and flexible NdFeB and magnetic tape. Our rubber magnet has the advantages as follows:
1.Better plasticity for free cutting and punching to make into thin-walled products with any complex shape
2. Good consistency and high precision.
3 Impact resistance and breakage-proof
4. low density is helpful in reducing the weight of device or whole machine.
5.It can be used to produce full radial oriented magnets;
6It is not easy to demagnetize and has good corrosion resistance

8. laminated with PVC, PP synthetic paper, double-sided tape, Pressure sensitive paste or sponge etc.
